I started Ivy Coffee Roasters as a way to slow down and reconnect — with myself, with others, and with the present moment. Roasting and serving coffee became my form of therapy, a way to find rhythm in the chaos and joy in the small things.
This isn’t just about caffeine. It’s about creating something warm, intentional, and human. A place where connection matters and care is built into every cup.
These days, you’ll find us posted up on weekends at Nativo Gardens near the Fort Worth Stockyards — serving coffee from our mobile cart while we bring our full retro trailer café to life.
We also offer catering for events and roast fresh beans for our wholesale partners.
