My Story

Hello everyone, my name is Collin! Some of you may know me by now, but if you don't, welcome to Ivy! For as long as I can remember, my passion for coffee has been an integral part of my life. From the moment I took my first sip, I knew that the coffee industry was where I belonged. Over the years, I have dedicated countless hours to honing my skills, immersing myself in the art of brewing, and exploring the vast world that coffee has to offer. Every day, I wake up excited to share my love of coffee with others and to create memorable experiences. It is not just a job for me; it is my life.

I truly thank everyone who has supported Ivy over these past few years. This is only the beginning.
My Mission
Those who know me, know how passionate I am.
Throughout my adult life, I've pursued many other interests, but would always feel like an imposter and life felt out of place. Coffee is the one constant that I've had that always makes me feel at home.

The ultimate goal is to re-open Ivy! I am driven by the vision of re-creating a space, bigger and better than before.

Follow along as I attack my dream again and
try some of my freshly roasted coffee!

Happy Brewing my friends! :)

Good Vibes, Great Coffee

In addition to coffee, mental health awareness holds great significance for me. My aim has always been to create an environment at Ivy that feels like a second home for our customers and friends, a safe space where they can find a sense of community. What many may not know is that I've personally battled with my mental health throughout Ivy's journey. There were moments when I found myself hiding in the kitchen, experiencing panic attacks, or stepping outside to catch my breath during catering events.
Roasting coffee became my refuge, offering me a sense of peace and solace. I aspire to collaborate with mental health organizations and contribute a portion of our proceeds from various products to support their cause. To anyone else struggling, remember that it's okay to not be okay. Reach out for help, and with time, things will fall into place.
